Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program & Project Management

  • Synthesize complex information into concise executive summaries and decision-ready materials
  • Respond to executive-level inquiries requiring quick turnaround and cross-functional data gathering

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Influence

  • Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, working tactfully to align competing priorities and drive consensus
  • Build strong working relationships with senior leaders across Finance, Strategy, Data, Operations, and Product
  • Influence without authority, using data, relationships, and business acumen to drive outcomes

Process Optimization & Automation

  • Identify recurring work patterns and convert ad-hoc requests into structured, automated processes
  • Design and implement workflow improvements to create capacity for new strategic initiatives
  • Manage data workflows, streamline reporting processes, and leverage tools for efficiency gains

Business Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze business metrics and their interconnections to provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Support strategic decision-making with data-driven recommendations and scenario analysis
  • Partner with Data Science teams to define requirements and translate business questions into analytical frameworks

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, or Corporate Strategy roles
  • MBA or Master's degree from a top-tier program
  • Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, including experience working with C-level executives and senior leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to structure ambiguous problems
  • Excellence in communication, both written and verbal, with ability to distill complex information for executive audiences
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid context-switching between strategic and tactical work
  • Self-starter mentality with demonstrated ability to drive initiatives without close supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology or fintech companies
  • Background in process automation, workflow optimization, or business process improvement
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
  • Prior experience supporting board-level materials or investor relations
  • Understanding of enterprise financial planning and key business metrics

What Makes This Role Unique

  • Dynamic Scope: No two days are the same; work ranges from strategic analysis to tactical execution
  • High Visibility: Direct exposure to C-suite and board-level work
  • Cross-Functional Impact: Partner with every major function in the organization
  • Entrepreneurial Environment: Freedom to structure your own work and build scalable solutions
  • Growth Path: Natural progression into senior Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, or Finance Leadership roles
Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location.
