You will also partner with key cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales Strategy & Operations, Finance & Strategy, Global Systems & Processes, and the Planning and Insights team to streamline and optimize our internal processes and deliverables (monthly business reviews, weekly forecasting calls, target setting and planning) and deliver transformational initiatives.

What you’ll do

We are looking for an A&C Operations Lead to join our GTM Operations team, specifically supporting the A&C function as a strategic, operations, and analytics partner. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about their work, detail oriented, analytical and has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity in a high-growth environment, and solving problems with limited oversight. And lastly, we are looking for someone who is comfortable both as a team leader and an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key strategic partner to the global A&C team, continuously identifying areas for opportunity, and improving key processes across teams with multifaceted systems and tools
  • Collaborate with our Head of Alliances & Channels to build sound strategies that will scale the A&C team globally, while collaborating with your GTM Ops peers and the rest of the sales organization to make sure the plans are aligned with regional and functional priorities

  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and deliver prescriptive recommendations to drive efficiencies and scale across the org
  • Develop and execute initiatives designed to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teams
  • Proactively resolve data quality, process, and policy adherence issues

Who you are

  • Ability to multi-task and work in cross-functional, fast-paced environments with the pressure of multiple deadlines, multiple partners / vendors, and complexity
  • Experience and desire for working in a start-up environment, developing business infrastructure, and energetically scaling a high-growth business

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior experience in GTM Partner Strategy & Operations
  • Prior experience at a growth stage internet or software company
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams and deep familiarity with sales operations and sales KPIs

This role is available either in an office or a remote location (typically, 35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).

Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.

A remote location, in most cases, is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently or plan to live.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $184,100 - $276,100. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.

Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
