About the team

Help the Stripe Seller Systems Legal Technology team deliver the technology needed to enable Stripe to scale.

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator for the Legal Technology team to design, build and maintain our Legal systems here at Stripe.

As a system administrator on the team, you will work closely with other team members to administer and support various 3rd party applications, customize and configure according to business needs including software upgrade, troubleshooting etc.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Salesforce.com Engineer for the Seller Systems(GTM) systems team to build and maintain world-class CRM systems.

  • Effectively work autonomously and collaboratively to design and implement both tactical and project related deliverables
  • Work closely with program managers and business partners to understand and refine requirements, objectives, and processes to drive strategic solutions
  • Build for scale by designing holistically, with a focus on flexibility and maintainability
  • Ensure appropriate controls and documentation are followed to create an effective control environment
  • Design and develop high quality software products in an Agile environment

Responsibilities

  • Developing applications in salesforce using customisation and configuration which includes Apex, Lightning Web Component, Flow, Automations, Validations, and so on.
  • Experience in Salesforce Support Salesforce Partner Relationship Management and Salesforce Communities
  • Excellent analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate effectively with management, sales, IT, vendors and international teams.
  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment, resolve problems and offer impacting solutions
  • Working as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator based on project requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate controls and documentation are followed to create an effective control environment

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 7+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
  • 3+ years of JavaScript experience and/or Salesforce Lightning experience
  • Strong understanding and experience in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce Partner Relationship Management and Salesforce Communities or similar
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce platform development.
  • Proficient with Salesforce administration, including user security and out-of-the-box automations.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multitasking, time management, and organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities
  • Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with data migration.

Preferred qualifications

  • Salesforce Basic and Advanced Certifications (Advanced Administrator certification, Advanced Developer or Platform II certification)
  • Experience with working on CLM technologies.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud
Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in-office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.
