The Role

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to own design across the product. You’ll collaborate directly with our Engineering and Leadership teams to shape how Rodeo looks, feels, and works — from flows to polish — and push us to create experiences that feel bold, creative, and alive.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the end-to-end design process: flows, interactions, visuals, prototypes, polish.
• Shape and evolve our design system and product voice.
• Work directly with founders and engineers to ship fast and refine constantly.
• Champion the user, making sure Rodeo feels inspiring, creative, and uniquely ours.
• Help us tell our story through product, not just pixels.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years designing consumer products.
• A portfolio that shows sharp taste, clean systems, and shipped work.
• Comfortable designing for both mobile and web.
• Clear communicator who can work directly with leadership and contributors.
• Excited by creativity, culture, and building tools that empower people to make things.

Bonus Points

• Experience with social, community, or creator platforms.
• Motion/interaction design chops.
• Curiosity about web3 and digital ownership.
