As a Computer Engineering Manager (Full-Time, Hybrid | San Francisco, CA), you will supervise software engineers who build, upgrade, and scale our core products—ensuring reliability, performance, and a world-class merchant and consumer experience.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team of software engineers, setting clear goals and fostering continuous development.
• Review system designs and implementation plans, ensuring code quality, security, and scalability across web, mobile, and infrastructure layers.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues; champion continuous improvement, automation, and monitoring.
• Recommend, architect, and launch new applications or major enhancements that keep Revi ahead of industry shifts.
• Prepare and evaluate technical reports for leadership, translating data into decisive action.
• Recruit, onboard, and train engineers—aligning every new hire with Revi’s mission and MICRO/HIE values.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 5+ years as a full-stack engineer.
• 2+ years of experience managing engineers.
• 2+ years of engineering experience within the food service industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in:
• Mobile Development: Objective-C, C, C++, Swift.
• Web Development: JavaScript, Ruby, HTML, CSS, PHP, APIs.
• Programming Languages: Python, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, MySQL, Google Analytics, Eclipse IDE.
• Tools & Platforms: Datadog, Atlassian JIRA, Zendesk, Deel, Gusto, LAN.
• Frameworks & Libraries: Node.js, Vue JS.

• Proven success steering hybrid engineering teams toward ambitious delivery goals.
• Deep expertise across full-stack, cloud, and mobile ecosystems—with a knack for translating business needs into elegant, scalable tech.
