You are accountable for ensuring that teams across Product, Clinical, Commercial, Operations, and Finance can ask and answer critical business questions quickly, consistently, and with high trust in the underlying data. This means defining how key concepts are governed, how analytics tools are shaped and prioritized, and how cross-functional stakeholders engage with the data platform.
You will act as the central product owner for Omada’s analytics ecosystem, setting clear standards and driving adoption across the company. In practice, this includes:
- Owning the roadmap for core data products and analytics tooling that power dashboards, reporting, and self-service analysis.
- Driving the culture of data across our engineering, product and other business teams at Omada
- Partnering with data, engineering, analytics, and business leaders to ensure analytics investments are aligned with company strategy and deliver measurable impact.
- Collaborating with other product managers to incorporate data science concepts into their features & experiences
About you:

- 7+ years of experience with data technology and data management, including familiarity with:
- Modern data warehousing technologies (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery or similar)
- Cloud technologies, preferably AWS
- Business intelligence and analytics tools (Tableau, Amplitude, Looker, or similar)
- Data governance frameworks and data quality management
- SQL and ability to write queries and QA datasets
- Subject matter expertise in enterprise analytics governance, data product management, or analytics enablement
- Experience establishing governance processes & associated tool implementation for data definitions, metrics, or analytics across multiple business functions
- Proven ability to partner with Data Teams for technical evaluation of self service tools and/or statistical model training lifecycle
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and reconcile opposing viewpoints to drive consensus
- Track record of working on problems that are not clearly defined, using advanced knowledge and conceptual thinking to develop solutions
- Experience with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience (advanced degree preferred)

- Proven ability to reconcile various and opposing stakeholder views to drive results
Execution & Delivery:
- History of consistently delivering results against target metrics and commitments
- Experience managing product backlogs, writing clear product specifications, and driving execution
