What You’ll Do
● Manage Key Accounts: Take ownership of a portfolio of strategic, high-value accounts, building deep relationships with key decision-makers and understanding their unique needs and challenges.
● Lead Projects and Initiatives: Step outside of a pure closing role to lead and co-lead key projects and initiatives that contribute to Mixmax’s strategic goals. You’ll have the chance to
innovate and drive change across the organization.
● Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and bring new ideas to
life.
● Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand relationships within key accounts, identifying new opportunities for growth and driving business forward.
● Solution Selling: Present Mixmax solutions in a way that addresses specific client needs, demonstrating how our platform can solve problems and create value.
● Negotiate and Close High-Value Deals: Lead complex negotiations and close deals that drive significant revenue for Mixmax, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the client and the company.
● Mentor and Support Peers: Lead by example and support the development of your peers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented sales culture.
What You’ll Bring
● 3+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, with experience managing the full sales cycle and closing high-value deals. Previous experience as an Account Representative,
BDR, or SDR is a plus.
● Leadership and Initiative: You’re eager to lead projects and initiatives, stepping up as a leader both within your team and across the organization.
● Exceptional Communication and Negotiation Skills: You excel at building relationships, presenting solutions, and negotiating terms that benefit both the client and Mixmax.
● Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: You can develop and execute account strategies that drive growth and align with company goals.
● Results-Oriented Mindset: You’re driven by achieving results and are always looking for ways to improve your approach and outcomes.
● Tech-Savvy and Data-Driven: You’re comfortable with CRM systems and use data to inform your decisions and strategies.
● Collaborative and Team-Oriented: You thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with others to achieve shared goals.
