Are you detail-oriented with a strong foundation in math? Do you enjoy providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

The Billing Support Analyst role combines financial expertise with customer support skills. You'll be key in maintaining accurate billing records, troubleshooting payment issues, and assisting customers with their billing inquiries.

The role can be based anywhere in Europe.

Salary: 30k USD.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Stripe accounts, prepare and send invoices (using Stripe/Airbase), and identify and resolve payment processing problems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about billing within the support queue, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
  • Work alongside our global and remote team to diagnose and address customer billing issues, fostering a positive customer experience.
  • Contribute to collecting past-due invoices when needed.
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks to ensure that our billing records are correct.

  • Detail Detective: You have a hawk eye for accuracy and a passion for getting things right.
  • Tech Titan: Stripe, Airbase, and other software tools are your playground.
  • Customer Champion (Bonus Points): You have a background in customer support and love exceeding expectations.
  • Flexible Flyer: You can work any 8-hour shift between 6 AM and 12 AM UTC.
  • Communication Ace: You're fluent in written and spoken English and comfortable with customer calls.
  • SaaS Sleuth (Bonus Points): You've previously tackled support challenges for SaaS tools.
  • Remote Rockstar (Bonus Points): You thrive in a remote environment and have experience collaborating with North American teams.
  • Adaptable Alchemist: You're comfortable with a little ambiguity and ready to pitch in where needed.
