  • Oversee content strategy for member-facing communications, ensuring clinical accuracy, brand alignment, and cultural relevance.

  • Lead multi-channel member campaigns across email, SMS, employer co-branded assets, and paid/earned channels as applicable.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to shape in-product messaging and experiences.

Data, Insights & Optimization

  • Define and optimize key member KPIs (e.g., enrollment rates, utilization, conversion to care, retention).

  • Use data and experimentation to continuously improve performance (A/B testing, cohort analysis, qualitative insights).

  • Partner with Analytics to build dashboards and reporting that inform strategy and decision-making.

Cross-Functional Influence

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, B2B Growth, and Sales to drive employer launches, open enrollment, and ongoing member communications.

  • Serve as the internal expert and advocate for the member experience.

  • Ensure seamless alignment between employer messaging and direct-to-member communications.

Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare required.

  • Experience in digital health, mental health or benefits preferred.

  • Proven ability to drive engagement and behavior change through empathetic, data-driven marketing.

  • Strong cross-functional skills with experience working closely with Product, Analytics, and Customer-facing teams.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to ensure precision, consistency, and quality across all member-facing messaging.

  • Background in experimentation, marketing automation, and CRM platforms.
