About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to join our team at Forma. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and managing programs and projects within the Product team. Collaborating closely with Product Managers, you’ll lead essential initiatives, including optimizing operational workflows, roadmap planning, and product review. Your efforts will help foster clarity across the organization by establishing effective processes and enhancing existing ones. This is a 4-month contract position.
You Will
Develop and implement best practices; Create and maintain operational programs, frameworks, and best practices to enhance communication, alignment, and decision-making across teams.
Own roadmap planning process and deliverables. Build and manage systems to help PMs integrate inputs from various sources, ensuring alignment on roadmap priorities with leadership.
Establish an operating cadence within the product team to help track, and report on progress made on roadmap and business outcome to various stakeholders.
Partner with Product Managers and Engineering stakeholders to plan and execute both large-scale programs and more tightly-scoped projects
Build efficient processes for ensuring timelines, objectives, and expectations are clearly set
Preferred Skills
6+ years of proven success managing product operation programs in a high growth environment
Strong communication skills and can work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in a product-oriented environment
Startup experience is a plus!
