Talent Partner - London

Live shows make us feel good. They’re a time to hang with our friends, discover new artists or lose ourselves on a dancefloor. We’re on a mission to bring all of this to more fans, more often – and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join the Talent team to support the expansion efforts in building out our teams.

At DICE, you’ll be part of the company that’s redefining live entertainment. It’s a place where you can be yourself, influence the culture, and create work that you’re proud of.

About the role

As a Talent team, we’re responsible for building a diverse and inspiring global team by discovering and attracting the future talent of DICE whilst providing an amazing, streamlined candidate experience.

As the Talent Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in partnering with DICE leaders across multiple business areas to identify and define hiring needs and processes. You’ll build excellent relationships with candidates, providing them with detailed knowledge and insights into the DICE business. You’ll be able to anticipate needs, identify and create scalable processes whilst collaborating across a global environment.

You’ll be

  • Leading and managing the full lifecycle of recruitment across multiple openings, delivering a proactive and positive candidate experience.

  • Building strong relationships with candidates, acting as their main point of contact and managing expectations throughout the process.

  • Proactively mapping the market to build relationships with passive talent that could become future DICE hires. Exhibit a compelling approach to headhunting.
  • Initiating talent partnerships that increase DICE's reach into diverse talent communities to drive diversity at DICE.

  • Partnering with hiring managers to identify and define needs, build job descriptions and processes to assess candidates effectively.
  • Harnessing data from Greenhouse for reporting, identifying insights & bottlenecks in the hiring process.

You are

  • A collaborative problem solver who enjoys working in a cross-functional team.
  • Passionate, humble and talented.

  • A fan of music and culture.
  • Confident in building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Solution-oriented in making necessary adjustments and recommendations.
  • Eager to build apps that make a positive impact on the world.

  • A great communicator.

You’ll need

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment in fast-paced environments, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency experience.

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, working across Product & Engineering roles.
  • Skilled at managing the full lifecycle of recruitment - from sourcing and interviewing, through to offer and onboarding.

  • A solid understanding of multiple disciplines, with the ability to quickly assimilate knowledge of new business areas, and the ability to effectively hire across multiple verticals.
  • Excellent at influencing stakeholders at all levels and building strong, trusted relationships.

  • Track record of implementing robust recruitment processes.
  • Skilled at using data to uncover insights, adopting a data-oriented approach to recruitment strategy.

  • Trusted and inspiring recruiter with high EQ and strong self-awareness.
  • Motivated, exceptionally organised and detail-oriented.

  • Passionate about building diverse teams and contributing to the company culture.
  • Experience working within a high-growth, scale-up business environment would be preferred.
