Sales Development Representative (SDR)

You will join our Sales team as our first dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in our go-to-market strategy and sales pipeline. Through proactive and creative outbound communication, you will secure high-quality meetings with potential new customers for the Chromatic sales team. You'll focus on a targeted set of prospects, researching and personalizing your messaging to influence them to engage with Chromatic.

Required timezone: Pacific Standard Time (PST) to Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Responsibilities
Generate interest in Chromatic by clearly messaging Chromatic’s key benefits and unique features in a relevant/personalized way across email, social channels, and other forms of outreach.
Analyze our existing customer data to determine which free accounts represent the greatest near-term opportunities.
Book qualified meetings with senior prospects + key decision-makers.
Collaborate with your team and manager throughout the inside sales process.
Meet defined activity and quality goals to drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets.
Work closely with Account Executives and your Manager to refine strategies and messaging for better results.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or 1+ years of relevant experience working in a sales development role
Detail-oriented in your organizational processes and deliverables.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Motivation to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
Interest and ability to learn technical concepts and new tools quickly.
Bonus: You have held previous customer-facing roles and have a technical background or experience with technical selling.
