What you’ll do
At August Health, we’re building a best-in-class product for senior living, and with that comes a wealth of data that can enhance the experience for our customers and improve care for their residents.
As an Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in helping push our Insights product forward. Additionally, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and provide customers with the insights they need. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing an in-depth understanding of customer data and senior living best practices to support customer recommendations
Planning, executing, and presenting customer analyses to internal and external audiences
Collaborating cross-functionally with the Product and Customer Success teams to deliver top-tier data analytics and strategic support to customers
Partnering with the Sales & Marketing teams to uncover key insights for use in conferences, white papers, and sales presentations
The ideal candidate
Has 2+ years of experience managing data-driven projects using SQL in a professional setting
Is naturally curious and loves diving into data—you ask questions that dig beneath the surface to get to the root of the problem, and you don’t shy away from any part of the data pipeline
Is a storyteller with data - you present your findings effectively, both in writing and verbally, and can tailor your message to the appropriate audience
Gets things done independently and efficiently - you are proficient in creating reports and dashboards, and can prioritize and balance your tasks, juggling multiple internal and customer stakeholders
Has experience in the Senior Living industry (a plus)
