This is a hybrid role requiring in-office attendance at least 3 days/week.

The Role

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to help build and scale the foundation of our People & Operations processes as we continue to grow. In this role, you’ll wear multiple hats, supporting a variety of operational and HR initiatives that ensure our team runs smoothly and our employees thrive. From streamlining administrative processes to driving engagement efforts, you’ll play a critical role in making Air a great place to work. • Manage administrative tasks like maintaining HR records, updating policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws.
• Assist in planning and executing company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
• Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR processes, benefits, and company policies.
• Partner with leadership to support hiring efforts, including sourcing, screening applications, scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
• Identify and implement process improvements across operations and HR functions to help the company scale effectively.
• Collaborate across teams to support projects that contribute to Air’s culture, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
